Global Fortuna Link provides strategic business-development, research, network-mapping, and coordination support for international B2B projects. We do not manufacture, distribute, procure, ship, clear goods, or provide legal, tax, customs, logistics, financial, or regulated advice.

No engagement or guarantee

Website content is general information. Use of the website or submission of an inquiry does not create an engagement, confidentiality obligation, partnership, advisory relationship, or obligation to respond. Any work requires a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee introductions, suppliers, availability, outcomes, or commercial results.

Third-party map service

If you choose to load the Google Map on the Contact page, Google provides that map as an independent third-party service. Your use of the map is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not control the map content, availability, cookies, or Google's processing of information.

Use and content

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit false information, spam, malware, confidential material, or content that violates another person's rights. Website content and branding belong to Global Fortuna Link Inc. or its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Fortuna Link Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or outcomes arising from use of the website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law and venue

These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Subject to mandatory law, disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. No mandatory arbitration or mediation applies.
