How inquiry information is collected, used, shared, and retained.

Information and purpose
We collect the information you submit through the inquiry form: name, company, business email, country or region, topic, optional phone number, and short business context. We use it only to review and respond to your inquiry, assess fit, secure the form, and meet legal obligations.
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting and Turnstile security; Zoho ZeptoMail delivers notifications; and our email provider receives the resulting correspondence. These providers may process information in the United States or other locations under their applicable safeguards.
Optional Google Map
The Contact page offers a city-level Google Map for Sheridan, Wyoming. It is not loaded until you select the map button. After you do so, Google may receive your IP address, device and browser information, and interaction data, and may set cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Google processes that information independently; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Basis and retention
Where applicable, processing is based on steps requested before a possible agreement or legitimate interests in handling a business inquiry. Marketing requires separate consent. We retain inquiry information for up to 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for a dispute.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by using the Contact page. Please do not submit confidential, legal, tax, customs, financial, technical, or proprietary material.
