Initial Inquiry
A business shares a high-level business-development question, project interest, or coordination objective. We review whether it falls within our strategic business-development and network-coordination scope.
How we work
A structured process for research-based business development and network coordination.
Engagement steps
A business shares a high-level business-development question, project interest, or coordination objective. We review whether it falls within our strategic business-development and network-coordination scope.
We assess the business objective, whether European manufacturing-network research or coordination is applicable, and whether the inquiry can be supported within our scope. If there is no fit, we decline or clarify the limits of our support.
If there is a fit, we agree the research or coordination objective, expected outputs, communication process, timeline, and engagement boundaries. No work begins before scope is agreed.
We conduct the agreed research and mapping: relevant market context, manufacturing categories or regions, potential contact categories, relationship pathways, and network context. Outputs support strategic decisions and do not guarantee business outcomes.
Where appropriate and within agreed scope, we provide communication coordination, agenda preparation, meeting support, follow-up coordination, and structured reporting.
We review engagement outputs, discuss possible business-development next steps, and consider whether a further scope is appropriate. Any continuation requires a new agreement.
What to expect
Engagement objectives, expected outputs, and scope boundaries are agreed before work begins.
We share findings as informational and strategic support, with realistic framing of what research and coordination can achieve.
We do not expand into procurement, logistics, freight, customs, legal, tax, or financial roles.
